Mr. Chang has more than 9 years of audit and assurance experience locally and overseas, involved in audits for public listed companies and local subsidiaries of multinational companies in a diverse range of sectors including consultancy services, retail, manufacturing, automotive, plantation, construction, and property development. He also involved in other assurance service including initial public offering in Malaysia Stock Exchange.

He worked in various firms of Chartered Accountants in Malaysia. Having served at one of the Big 4 professional firms and one of the Top 10 Mid Tiers Firms in Malaysia, he seamlessly blends global knowledge with extensive local insights. The experience and exposures accumulated over the years had enabled him to have in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, auditing and accounting.
